1. Services Provided

SolarEvol offers:

On-site energy audits or assessments
Educational resources and sustainability planning

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments for consultations are scheduled through our website or via direct communication. We strive to confirm all appointments within 24 hours of booking.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is outlined at the time of booking or quote acceptance. All payments are due in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise arranged. We accept secure online payments via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved methods.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about their property, energy usage, and access to the installation site as required. Any delays caused by inaccurate information or site inaccessibility may result in rescheduling fees.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Warranty & Limitations

SolarEvol guarantees the quality of our workmanship. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by system. SolarEvol is not liable for damages due to misuse, acts of nature, or third-party installations.

7. Liability

SolarEvol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the system or services, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law
